SAA Practice Notes
Assessors across Scotland aim to have a standard approach and together have produced a number of guidance reports to help ratepayers and their agents. The Practices Notes can be viewed on the SAA Website and are listed in alphabetical order by description.
Return of Information (ROI) / Rent Forms / Return of Costs Form / Revaluation Questionnaires
The Assessor has legal powers to ask for information from any interested parties to fulfil his statutory duties. Occasionally you may be sent questionnaires to complete, some of which can be done on line via the SAA website. If you receive a form please make a return as failure to do so may result in an incorrect valuation and it may take time for any appeal to be resolved.
