Applying for a Postal Vote

In order to vote by post you must first complete a postal vote application form and return it to the Electoral Registration Office.

You can request the issue of a pre-populated postal vote application form by contacting our office by phone – 0131 344 2500 or via email –

We will issue your application form by post along with a pre-paid return envelope.

Alternatively, you can download a blank application form from our website HERE ( .

Please Note: A completed postal vote application requires your signature. Whilst the completed application can be returned via email, as an attachment, it must contain your signature.
