Return of Information Letters for properties on the Valuation Roll

The Assessor is responsible for maintaining the Valuation Roll which displays details of all non-domestic properties in Lothian. It is important that all of your property’s information is accurate and also to ensure that that Valuation Notices or information requests are issued to the correct address(es) for the forthcoming Revaluation effective from 1st April 2023.
