Household Enquiry Forms are being delivered to all households across Edinburgh and the Lothians from 1 July. If this Form is not returned, a reminder will be issued and a member of our Canvass team will call at the property.

Where there is pre-printed elector information on the form an Information Sheet is enclosed.

The easiest way to provide the information is by going to www.elecreg.co.uk/lothian-vjb and entering the security codes, as printed on page two of your form. If there are no changes to the pre-printed information the form can also be returned by phone: 0808 284 1455 or text: 07786 209 355. You will need to enter the security codes on page two of your form.

If you wish to return the form by post, a prepaid envelope is supplied.

Alternatively, you can telephone 0131 344 2500 and our Customer Support Team will assist you.

As 16 and 17 year olds can now vote in Scottish Parliamentary and Local Government elections, we need details of: –

• 14 year olds that will turn 15 by 30 November 2019
• Young persons aged 15 and over

Young persons will be included on the register and are able to vote when they become old enough.

New names added to the Household Enquiry Form

Any new residents who are eligible to vote can go online to register at gov.uk/register-to-vote or by telephoning 0131 344 2500 and our Customer Support Team will assist you. It only takes a couple of minutes but you need your national insurance number and date of birth to complete an application. If you do not complete an application online we will send a separate Invitation to Register form to all people in your household who are eligible and need to register.
