Accessibility standards conform to Level Double-A Conformance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. which cover priority 1 and priority 2 checkpoints. Conformance to these guidelines will make this website easier to access for people with disabilities and will benefit all users.

Text Size
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2 (or higher) for PC, you can magnify text size using the Control key on your keyboard. Pressing Ctrl and the plus key (+) will increase the text size in increments. Pressing Ctrl and the minus key (-) will reduce the text size again.
